This "mock" class, along with the other three "mock" yoga classes in my Karma Yoga series, is based on an online yoga classes that I taught in a volunteer capacity to children at an after school program and summer camp during the 2020-2021 year. I was not able to record the actual classes due to privacy reasons, so I tried to teach as if the students were actually with me. Some of my mock dialogue is also based on actual conversations that I had with the students during the sessions.
