Mindful Yoga Mini-Sessions for UD Students

These 5 to 30-minute yoga and mindfulness sessions will be rolled out once or twice a week over the course of the Spring 2022 semester. Feel free to watch these videos at anytime and share them with your family and friends. You can also attend the 30-minute sessions live (on Zoom) on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The walking meditation instructional video (3/5/22) was originally used as a teaching module in my fall 2021 undergraduate course "Mindfulness, Self Care, and Trauma Work: Feminist and Social Justice Perspectives."
