YOGA THERAPYAUDIO/VIDEO

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by!

In my work as a yoga therapist and Women & Gender Studies professor, I integrate yoga, mindfulness, neuroscience, and anti-oppression perspectives to support the mental health, emotional wellbeing, resiliency, and trauma healing of individuals across the life span.

I offer online private sessions, occasional online group classes, and guided audio and video practices to meet your health and scheduling needs. Also check out my publications and blog!

I would be honored to serve you on your path toward wholeness, empowerment, and wellbeing. Feel free to contact me for more information.
